At Goryqel S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Goryqel", "we") we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations. This policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long, and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Goryqel S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892345-4, with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Enquiries: privacy@goryqel.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email) and the technical data derived from browsing (IP address, device type, pages visited), where applicable and with your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you the newsletter with informative content about real estate crowdlending in Argentina; (ii) improve the site experience; (iii) respond to enquiries; (iv) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent (art. 5 of Law 25,326), on the execution of a contractual/informational relationship at your request, and on our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.
5. Retention
We retain your data while your subscription remains active and, after unsubscription, for the minimum period required to meet legal obligations. Technical data is retained for a maximum of 24 months.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may use service providers (email delivery, web hosting, statistical analysis) acting as data processors under written instructions and appropriate security measures.
7. International transfers
Should we use providers outside Argentina, we apply adequate safeguards in accordance with art. 12 of Law 25,326 and Provision 60-E/2016 of the Agency of Access to Public Information.
8. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data by writing to privacy@goryqel.com. As data subject, you have the right to request the withdrawal or blocking, total or partial, from the database (art. 6 and 27 of Law 25,326). The Agency of Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is completely invulnerable; we commit to notify you of significant incidents.

This policy may be updated. We will publish the current version on this page with its last-updated date.
